It means you never had a complete map in the first place, but the new
mapnik version now points out these syntax errors in the stylesheet
instead of silently ignoring that layer.
Update your stylesheet. You haven't done that in at least 7 m
I'm trying to render a small map following these instructions:

I did the same procedure some months ago and it worked, I was able to
create tiles. Now I've update mapnik and some osm script. I get the
