Hi everybody,
I am setting up Osmosis on my Macbook (Java 1.6 installed).
When I try to check whether Osmosis is working, I get the error
Permission denied.
Any Ideas how to solve that?

If you run ls -la you'll probably find that you don't have execute permissions
on the osmosis command. Try running
chmod a+x osmosis
and then it should work.
