 Hi,

How could we make life easier for them? What technological measures
could realistically be employed to determine what is safe to edit and
how could this be signalled to the mapper?

Get the Authors from the history of the node or way and match them against
a list of users who have signed for the new license already?
display like the validator layer in josm

[OSM-dev] Web translation help script

2009-06-12 Thread Celso González
Hi

To help the people translate i have upgraded a tool used by the spanish people.
Its a web interface to the yml files, updated with the last translations in svn
just right now.

http://osm.mitago.net/translate/script.php

Its just a quick hack, but if you want to improve it there is also the source
code

Very cool script, i like the 100% for the German translation ;-)

I was expecting a 2300% per Germans

I put a link to it here:

Thanks

Make sure you patch against rails_port and not

I suppose that one is the right master file

Just out of curiosity
Is there a way other than svn diff to check the changes on english master file
to propagate to the translations?
Is there a tool, like launchpad, to allow collaborative translations of the
files?

Best regards

Its in the doc but it seems that its not possible because of the type of
output but... is there a way to get something like this?

$osmosis --rxc file=changes.osc --bp poly.poly --wxc=changes.limited.osc
