My interpretation of the INFRA issue is that we need to redirect

I believe that Daniel Krook and Andreas are the only two people who have
been updating the site for the last many months and both have been busy on
other topics and hav enot had a chance to look at moving to use a Jenkins
build hosted by INFRA (to generate the site).
