But you can diable strip images metadata with:
Nginx `pagespeed DisableFilters strip_images_meta_data`

1.14 is a beta release. I actually don't think it's *that* likely this
problem was fixed in it, but it's worth a shot.

I think we did upgrade apr/aprutil in 1.14, so it's worth a shot. I'm not
super confident either that it will fix the problem, but I can't say there's 0%
chance
