The example, however, never shows the Link headers. I've refreshed quite a few times to no avail. On my servers, I tried: - restarting apache only - flushing the cache and restarting - flushing the cache only None of which seem to make the Link headers appear. My configuration is the default configuration that comes with the package when installed on Debian, with the added `ModPagespeedEnableFilters hint_preload_subresources` configuration line
