Some of the tests require CGI.pm-3.08; I know Geoffery was working on it but, it doesn't exist on CPAN, yet.
I'll post the test results as soon as I get LWP installed... doesn't seem to like 5.9.3 via the CPAN install tries to install 5.8.6.
