So this is 20:30 CEST here - usually I'm available 21:00-01:30, so should be ok.
As my keys will expire very soon, I'd like to finalize it on Wednesday before I 
play around
with changing the expiration date of my existing key.

I've had a couple of attempts at this now:

* The first time, I didn't read the instructions closely enough and
managed to get myself banned from the SVN server for too many failed
authentication attempts caused by not putting my Apache password in the
right place in ~/.m2/settings.xml

* The second time, it keeps hanging while attempting to run svn commits
from ant.

I'll have one more go at debugging this tonight.

Agreed with Nick that I'll roll this release - I'll start this evening
UK time, so in about 4-5 hours from now.

Actually, the tigris.org server seems to be down so I can't run the 
release-prep1 step. So, unless someone else feels like stepping up to cut 
the release who can get to it (release notes already written up in SVN!), 
looks like you're good to go on trunk for non-breaking changes

Actually, thinking about it, it'd be good to try to get POI 3.15 final out 
around the 20th of August, just in time for our 15 year anniversary![1]


I can roll a 3.15 beta 3 release this weekend, if that works for everyone? 
That'd give a couple of weeks for people to test it + do any remaining bug 
fixes, in time for a final release just before 15 years!

The second one should be fixed via r1746858 or r1750034

I will do a re-run of the regression tests as soon as we start
release-preparations. This will show if both issues are fixed for good as I
usually compare against the last GA release, i.e. 3.14 currently.

In-place write + write-to-File is now done for HSSF + HSLF + HPSF. That's 
probably enough for now. Once we've got some feedback, we can add it to
