@PetterIsberg DotPulsar doesn't explicitly react to a missing pong, since I
hope and assume that the OS will see that the ping package is not being acked

@dunkymole, yes, DotPulsar will send pings to the broker with the new
version (2.0.1).

@PetterIsberg DotPulsar doesn't send pings, it only responds to them.
If the connection is dropped the consumer will be 'Disconnected' and will
reconnect or 'Faulted'
