The http2 adaptor creates AMQP messages that travel thru the router network 
when it receives requests and responses from clients and servers. When a AMQP 
message is created from a HTTP2 request, set the subject field on the AMQP 
message to the HTTP2 request's method. On the response, set the subject field 
on the AMQP message to the  HTTP2 response's status field.
