This update contains Python and Ruby bindings for the new QMFv2 API from
QPID-2792.
The Python binding is more complete than the Ruby binding. The Ruby binding
consists only of a raw swig-generated wrapper around the C++. It needs a
Ruby-specific wrapper (like Python has) to provide Ruby-specific behavior.
