I just set up a new Mac Studio. (M2 Ultra 24 core) I wanted to test how quickly it does a full build of Royale.
I’m impressed. It’s what I was hoping for… I built with swf support. ant all (building everything including the compiler and all tests) took 6 minutes and 38 seconds. ant (just the framework code without the compiler) took 5 minutes 18 seconds ant -Dskip-tests=true (just framework no tests) took 2 minutes 37 seconds!
