Adobe AIR will continue using it and Flash Player should continue
maintenance for Adobe AIR, right?,
so don't see why we should think that file can be at risk after the
#Flash2020, since this is only a EOL on

package.

Actually, I wonder if it might make sense to do that today so we don’t have the
download dependency on Adobe.
