[aharui] set royale-config to list all swcs except emulation swcs.  Emulation

[aharui] use flex config in mxroyale

[aharui] allow easy injection of other or alternate event converters.  I think

[aharui] emulation applications replace the event converter to use

[aharui] use mx.events.MouseEvent in UIComponent

[aharui] switch to default import of mx.events.MouseEvent

[noreply] Update FocusEvent.as

[noreply] Update TextEvent.as

[noreply] Update KeyboardEvent.as

Hi Piotr,

Does the Flash Player Debugger window show up?  Try going to File Explorer and 
double-clicking on the FlexUnitRoyaleApplication.swf.  And see if you can 
figure out what version of Flash Player Debugger you are running.

Have you rebooted your system?  Maybe something is using port 1024 already.

When you build from the repo, are the ports used and the rundll32 command the 
same?

Post the SWF so we can download it and try running it on our computers.
