Last night I got an email from MS Azure saying that my subscription was
re-enabled and to start the VM again. So I guess this month we ran out of the
free monthly resource allocation with about 48 hours to go. Volunteers are
welcome to snoop around the VM to see if there are some services or
You can try logging in with Remote Desktop to see if that service is still
working and see if some configuration got changed. And you could set up your
own VM as a backup.

it would get restored on its own, but maybe not.

I think AWS account is not his own. It's being something from Apache
resources for quite a while now. Let's wait for confirmation.
