find many formulas will return Err:522 in this case,
but for COUNT, I think it is ok.
however I don't know if this is the result you want.
I also found formula =COUNTA(A1) returns 1,
not Err:522.

As I think it that way, I count every matrix element to determine wether it is
empty.
Besides, nEmpty... are used for counting the number of parms, not the number of
cells.
