Rebasing is done, also applied the patch from
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=102701
to prevent accidental data loss.

When using a Linux non-pro build (configure --enable-dbgutil), in my
build as soon as the mouse is clicked anywhere, including the window
decoration, an assertion about operator delete mismatch pops up, and
after closing it it coms up again and this goes on and on forever. I'm
not sure yet if this a general failure or something went wrong in my
build. If this happens to you, kill the office with the Cancel or Abort
button, and upon next restart press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+D that pops up the
debug utilities' window and set Error output to None.
