It's true that resolution for the bug SCB-629 is 'won't fix' but in the 'Fix
Version' this issue is tagged as 1.0.0 so I recommend the owner of this issue
to remove the Fix Version from the bug. Once the fix version is removed the
release notes will automatically get updated.
+1 It looks it will help promoting the community.
And reminding as follows, please go through the small-events [1] and the
branding policy [2] to ensure you have strictly compliance Apache rules.
Then, you can create a vote for the event in dev@servicecomb mail group [3].

I think we can suggest the author to transfer the repos to huaweicse for
temporary, and we also can create issues to track removing huawei-related
informations.

As we known, Apache ServiceComb (incubating) is in the "Near Graduation"
status.
There still a ServiceComb group on the github [1], projects under this
group is not in the incubator scope of ServiceComb now, my suggestion is to
close this group.
