We may consider to use jenkins that Apache provide here[1]

Recently I'm working on integrating oas-validator to servicecomb
toolkit project, and created some PR for it.
I found that the build process triggered by travis-ci.org is slow,
there is often a long lag between the job received and job actually
running.
May be we can migrate to
