I’m ok with excluding third-party library in sharding-jdbc binary.

I have already update source code for assembly the release zip package for
src, sharding-jdbc-bin and sharding-proxy-bin.
I will release them tomorrow and then we can start to discuss whether
release for 3rd round.

I found another problem.
Right now, we have released 3 files. src[1], bin[2] and sharding-proxy-bin
[3].
As you know, ShardingSphere is composited by Sharding-JDBC and
Sharding-Proxy.

My tests are focus one the PostgreSQL protocol feature on this release. Here
are some test results:
PostgreSQL server version: 8.4 and 10.4
