InfluxDB 1.x and IoTDB plugins exist for years and months, I noticed
there are several issues.
InfluxDB faced serious performance impact when it is used in
+1 binding
1. .sha512 files are checked.
2. GPG signatures are signed by Hoshea Jiang .
3. LICENSE and NOTICE exist.
4. Compilation from source tar passed.
5. Tag correct.
