With this enhancement, users can easily scale the number of OAP and UI
servers as per their requirements, and the corresponding Ansible inventory
files will be created with the correct IP

I have checked the below items:
1. asc,*sha512 files are correct
2. Building binary from source code
3. Both source and binary packages contain LICENSE and NOTICE files.
4. Tag exists
