Hi
The Kong agent migrated to the new repo[1], and it is almost
complete(waiting for PR[2] to succeed and merged). On the other hand,
I am dropping the codes related to kong in skywalking-nginx-lua[3].
After that, I will raise a new version publication vote.

Make sense not to release the new nginx-lua.
And what version do you prefer? 0.1.0 makes sense to me though.
We are going to sync the version when the stable release(1.0.0)

finally, skywalking-kong depends on nginx-lua agent 0.4.1.
Do we release the skywalking-kong plugin beginning from v0.1.0? Or
alignment with nginx-lua agent version?
