The Hypermedia API tools HApiType.getUrl() should return an absolute resolvable
URL. In its current implementation, it's used to add a URL to the _itemtype_
attribute in microdata, and the spec says the URL should be absolute.
The fix allows an OSGi config with an _external url_ that gets prepended to the
repository path + extension.
