Created a PR for two new Sling Archetypes:

Both Archetypes are creating a project using Content Packages. The 'project'
provides the traditional core / ui.apps where core is embedded into the ui.apps
package. The 'project-all' is creating a wrapper 'all' content package that
contains both the core bundle and the ui.apps package.
The generated projects require WCMIO Content Package Plugin 1.5.0 which needs
to be download and installed locally first.
