Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-1560.

Resolution: Fixed
The InstallableResource is now a simple data object - all the logic like format
detection etc is done inside the implementation
This should give us room to make the installer pluggable without changing the
api later on
Done in revision 988214
I'm closing this bug for now as we've done a lot of changes
