Running tests faster; use more machine CPU

TLDR: What can we do to make the full test suite complete faster, especially in a CI-like environment? After hearing about Ishan's fast machine, I was reminded of the "Crave.io" service I tried some time ago, which makes it super easy to launch builds from one's command line on remote resources.

That's understandable. Thank you. I guess I would need to build it myself anyway (the other alternative is to wait for some critical vulnerability fix that would trigger a new release I guess). I would gladly grab a -SNAPSHOT build/nightly release but you don't seem to provide those for 8.x,
