Thank you to those who responded. Given that the low number of responses I
am going to start a vote on moving to the attic tomorrow.

One other note: A vote to move to the attic would not mean the end of
Storm, the project can be forked by anyone who wants to continue the work
(just as it can be forked today), it would just be outside of the ASF.
