I cancel the release due to a bug found in the processor rate limiter.
We will fix the problem and start a new release soon.

I'm starting a separate thread to discuss issues observed during the current
vote without polluting the vote thread.
The bug Grainier found (thanks a lot!) effectively breaks the rate limiter
as an error in the UI validation of static properties considers alternatives
with only one
