Alright, then I would slowly move torwards creating the release candidate.
Is there anything I have to keep an eye on to avoid creating these "scm"
tags? Or do we just check afterwards?

started Streampipes via the test docker compose.

I checked it out, built everything and run the e2e smoke tests locally and
everything worked.
I’d suggest that we perform some more tests and then we can continue with the
release process.
