I would try to avoid ignoring this kind of errors, better provide valid
java docs.
But I don't find any reference in the java docs to the

The original image doesn't contain all the required gems and install
them on each run - a bit annoying ;-) My image is com

It bases on that image https://hub.docker.com/r/jekyll/jekyll/ and it
it's "ready-to-go" Jekyll with all the dependencies installed. No
Dockerfile :(
