the URI for the DOCTYPE tag is now
http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2.2.dtd
but of course it should be
http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2_2.dtd (note the underscore instead
of a dot at the end)

I noticed that the type property has been removed from FormTag without it
being deprecated in v.1.1 ... is this just an oversight? This, apparently
minor, change is currently breaking SSL Ext.
