Finished. I tested on heavy concurrent load using Servlet 3's async API
several times. Before last commit, the response of some requests was mixed-up
with others! But now all of them are right

Ouch! In #164 I refactored JSONWriter as a static member of JSONUtil. As I
guessed, it fails to generate correct response in concurrent loads :(
