I just logged in and checked, I don't have any cron jobs configured.
My original gripe, which might be what you're trying to get to Lukasz, is
that 2.x is a symlink that points to the latest release... However, when the
"export magic" happens, the docs get overwritten with whatever is currently

Sorry Lukasz,
I'm probably missing the point.
Have you already taken a look at the folder /www/confluence-exports/WW.
My guess is that this is the folder where confluence exports all wiki docs.
In fact [1] and [2] and [3] are the same version.

Lukasz,
I don't know whether is a crontab output or what else, but as far as I
can understand it's only a symlink in site root of S2:
[mcucchiara@minotaur:/www/struts.apache.org]$ ll 2.x
lrwxr-xr-x 1 rgielen struts - 5 Aug 16 10:13 2.x@ -> 2.2.1

But then people must know what is the current development version, 2.x
is an alias.
And my question was merely for technical aspects, how it was set up.

Hi,
As I remember, http://struts.apache.org/2.x/docs/ pointed to the
latest development version, not to the latest released version. There
was a cron task to export docs from the Confluence. I think it was Wes
who did that, am I wrong?
Right now 2.x/docs points to the latest released version and
