New Struts 2.5.x release

Hi, I would like to release the last 2.5.x version and focus on Struts 2.6. All the PRs that are targeting Struts 2.5.x should be re-targeted to Struts 2.6 (the master branch) and we should only accept security fixes to 2.5 branch. Any objections? Regards -- Łukasz + 48 606 323 122 http://www.

Versioning: Struts 2.6 -> Struts 2 ver. 6.xx

Hi, There is a lot of confusion when we release a new version with major changes as we only change the MINOR part of the version. This is because Struts 2.x.x represents Struts 2. Struts 2 should have started with Struts 2 ver. 1.x.x but that has never happened. I would like to fix that in Struts
