With mobile apps being so prevalent now days, I created a small example that
includes a custom interceptor which determines a different view (path to JSPs)
based on the given user-agent the browser passes in. So if you're on a mobile
device (phone, tablet, game console, etc.) it uses the mobile

We've been running struts 2 apps as standalone and portlet using the same
code/war file for a long time. We do use the portlet plugin and include 2
different struts.xml configurations using different namespaces. For example our
struts.xml file includes each configuration using includes as follow

We use namespaces when we have an application that runs both as a portlet & as
a standalone web application. In the former case the portlet interceptor sits
at the top of the stack & the latter is just our standard interceptor stack,
and we use namespaces to differentiate action invocations betw
