I won't speak for the Pendulum developer, but the project was discontinued
awhile ago - 16+ months IIRC. Since we (Contegix) sponsored the hosting of the
project, I asked the developer what happened. At that time, he still thought
it was a viable idea but the implementation needed work. Unfor

Ted, there seems to be a communication issue here. While we were happy to
receive the RFP, the date we received it gave us a nearly no time to respond -
less than 2 bus
