+1 I installed release candidate in cloud environment. Successfully ran notebook containing different forms of Linear Regression (Direct Solve, Batch Gradient Descent and Conjugate Gradient) on Python 2.7 with Spark 2.1.2. Also ran tests for Logistic Regression, SVM, Naive Bayes. Regards,
