For some reason, I got an impression that artifacts reduction was completed
earlier, but apparently its not.We are trying to reduce number of artifacts to
avoid confusion to users.This is an issue from earlier releases as well, not
being introduced as a part of SystemML 0.11 release.

DeepLearning/GPU being added to SystemML 0.11. These issues are specific to

So far all issues Glen has seen based on running unit test cases using Spark
1.6 are related to Test Case code itself, not base code. Probably we don't need
to include that change at this hour for 0.11 unless there are any critical
issues we need to get in.

Changes are push to apache master, last night but those changes are not
reflected in Git Repo yet.
I can see these changes in my local repository and in Git Master Repository
through my Eclipse environment.I cannot see these changes when I browse it
through browser though.
