I'm feeling like we shouldn't add any more of these types of strategies (to 
include TINKERPOP-520) as it might be hard to get these implementations generic 
enough to be good for all use cases.  Unless someone feels strongly about 
having these kinds of strategies in tinkerpop for some reason and wants to 
drive the development forward, I think my inclination would be to close this 
ticket (and the other) in favor of considering the idea of writing a tutorial 
for strategy development using these use cases in mind. Then someone could use 
those as a model for building their own for their specific use case.
