TINKERPOP-932 Added "force" option on session close.

Allows session close requests to interrupt a long run job at the cost of
not closing transactions.
Tested with: `mvn clean install && mvn verify -pl gremlin-server
-DskipIntegrationTests=false -DincludeNeo4j`
