I am sorry, but I don't follow you. Are you saying Tomcat service status check
does not come under Tomcat project?

It's worth noting that the proposed solution requires more heap space than the
old solution. If this change is at the compiled-page level, it might not be a
big deal.

Hi Mark,
I synced from HEAD - and noticed that DefaultServlet.PUT now fails with
'403' if the resource already exists.
I'm pretty sure this used to work, and at least for webdav it's supposed to
replace the content.
Is this a bug - or intended (the problem seems to be preResourceExists()
check in
