Ok wow, I removed the java argument to load newrelic and the jsp works once
tomcat was up! There is a console error, but that I will debug.
So would updating newrelic jar fix this issue?

We do use newrelic on the VM where it doesn't work, and the other one does not
have it!
The newrelic-agent is in 3.x and the newrelic jar is 7.11.
