According to the (
damnit, that is my fault. although, functionality wise this does
nothing, but it picked up a changed version of the life cycle listener.
I take full responsibility for screwing this one up, I didn't even pay
attention when I ran the tests on the build.

It's not required for 6.0.10 and i wouldn't want it to be required.

When I try to run 5.5.23 with JDK 1.5.0_08 under windows, I get this error:
