Bug ID: 64763 Summary: Tomcat does not interrupts http-nio-YYYY-execXXX threads Product: Tomcat 8 Version: 8.5.58 Hardware: PC OS: Linux Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Connectors Assignee: dev@tomcat.apache.org Reporter: keeper-and...@yandex.ru Target Milestone: ---- Tomcat does not interrupts http-nio-YYYY-execXXX threads in case when connection has been closed on client side. It cause resource leaks in case when client made a lot of submits (for example with long DB queries) and closes connection. Server keeps working and consuming resources when socket is closed and there is no any chance (and needs) to return result. Interrupting thread might help with it. Using interrupted state anyone can stop resource-wasting operations. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@tomcat.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@tomcat.apache.org
