Guys,
I plan to move the trunk to 1.6.1-SNAPSHOT.
The objective is to deliver a 1.6.0 maintenance release by the end of this
year.
In that release, there are small fixes:
- security issue fixed by Andy
- Rest undeploy/deploy issue
To name a few important ones.
I would like also to include the
+1 (tomcat 7.0.48 btw)

My gut says we'd be wise to see 1.6.x through to stability before we start a
new major version.
Past evidence would suggest that absolutely no one would commit to the stable
branch if there was a more fun trunk to work on.

May I suggest that you guys post a tentative release schedule, like Apache
Kafka folks recently did here:
