There's a -1 on the OpenJPA vote. We would have needed that vote to pass to use those binaries in our release.
The -1 wasn't serious and we still have a chance to come through for Alex, Tim, Judah and crew, so I've pulled the OpenJPA tag in so we can make our own binaries from it. Builds are up and TCK us running. If all looks good, I'll put them up for a vote. Thanks to everyone who took the time to review these binaries. We've never had so many +1 votes from non-committers before.
