After doing more research, I pretty much answered my questions myself. If it helps at all, I can definitely say HTTP/2 seems to be working with Google Chrome v40 and Traffic Server v5.2.0. I ended up tracking down the Google Chrome flag and enabling it early...before Google ships their change.
