Excellent progress. I know that this is a significant amount of work.
Trafodion’s heritage gives is an outstanding set of reference documentation
but with that also comes complexity. Would remove the within-statement
links. That’s a lot of linking to maintain and time can better
+1 to well known location and then separate version directories. Makes a
bunch of sense to me, especially from a usability perspective. The well
known page should clearly identify the version and date of last update.
I don't have a strong opinion on the directory reorganization, but I also

releases, made prior to entering Apache Incubation, and leave it at that.

stripped of HP logo and copyright, under Apache license. The intent all
