Currently the setPropertyAction has been modified to always use events to
update profile properties. However this is an expensive operation since it
triggers the execution of the whole rule system.
This improvement proposes to make this behavior configurable to be able to
switch back to the original (previous) behavior that would modify the property
in the profile without using events.
